AVE MARIA! is a story of letting go!  As former Chief Financial Officer of a New York Stock Exchange Company, I had a lot of my life wrapped up in the "masks" of who I thought I was... a professional, a mother, a woman ...  When my life began to focus on the spiritual, my life changed in ways that I could not explain with my mind.  After traveling the world in search for the answers to my own personal path to freedom, I discovered that I could live in peace and harmony within and without.

Sedona / San Luis Obisbo

I have just completed a course in "nutraMetrix" nutraceuticals.  It was very comprehensive, and really compliments the total body, mind, spirit model for spiritual community.

After leaving LA where the course was held, I came to visit a friend in San Luis Obispo.

It is beautiful here.  There are great spiritual community opportunites, and a chance to create "sister" wellness centers in Sedona and San Luis Obispo.
